Common questions
- Where are you based?
- 8-10 Molan St, Ringwood VIC 3134 — Melbourne's east. We work with R35 owners from across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Easy access from EastLink and the Eastern Freeway.
- Can you service my GT-R?
- Yes. We handle all R35 servicing including transmission fluid changes, diff services, and general maintenance. We're familiar with the VR38DETT inside and out.
- What tuning platform do you use?
- EcuTek for factory ECU tuning. For higher-power builds requiring standalone engine management, we offer Haltech and MoTeC options.
- Can I start with RZ Stage 1 and upgrade later?
- Yes — the packages are designed to step up. Stage 1's EcuTek licence stays with your car, so when you move to Stage 2 or Stage 3 you're paying for the new hardware and a re-tune, not a second licence.
- How long will my car be with you?
- RZ Stage 1: 1-2 days. RZ Stage 2: 3-5 days. RZ Stage 3: 2-4 weeks depending on parts availability and build complexity. We'll confirm timing when you book.
