Do I need a tune after fitting a Process West intercooler?
Going top-mount to front-mount? Definitely. The piping length and airflow change enough that the tune needs adjusting. We handle that in-house on the dyno.
Is Process West better than a Chinese intercooler?
Process West is designed and made in Australia for Subaru platforms. The fitment is spot-on and the core sizing actually matches the application. We've seen plenty of cheap eBay intercoolers come through with boost leaks and piping that doesn't quite line up.
Can Revzone fit a Process West FMIC on my WRX?
FMIC conversions are one of our most common Subaru jobs. We do the full install, sort the piping, and retune it on the dyno.
