What's the difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2?

Gen 1 (ZN6/ZC6, 2012-2021) uses the FA20 — a 2.0L naturally aspirated boxer. Gen 2 (ZN8/ZD8, 2022+) uses the FA24 — a larger 2.4L with more torque. We specialise in both, but tuning approaches differ. This page is for Gen 1 owners.

Will modifications void my warranty?

Most Gen 1s are now out of warranty, so this is less of a concern. If yours is still covered, RZ Stage 1 bolt-ons are the safest option — they can be reversed if needed.

Can I start with RZ Stage 1 and upgrade later?

Absolutely. That's how we designed the packages. RZ Stage 1 parts carry over to RZ Stage 2. Both form the foundation for RZ Stage 3. You're not wasting money by starting small.

How long will my car be with you?

RZ Stage 1: Same day or overnight. RZ Stage 2: 2-3 days. RZ Stage 3: 1-2 weeks depending on parts availability. Servicing: Usually same day. We'll confirm timing when you book.

Is the FA20 reliable with more power?

Very. The FA20 is overbuilt from factory. With proper tuning and quality parts, these engines handle significant power increases. We've got RZ Stage 2 cars with 80,000+ km on them, still running strong.
