Why use a certified tuner

EcuTek only licenses certified tuners. We've been one for years — but the license is just the starting point. The tune is what matters.

Custom tunes, not reflashes

A reflash is someone else's map loaded onto your car. A tune is written for your car. We do the second one — live, on the rollers, watching the numbers the whole time.

We know these engines

FA20s, VQ37s, VR30s, the G16E-GTS in the GR Yaris and Corolla, the VR38DETT in the GT-R. We've tuned enough of them to know what's normal, what's not, and where the limits are.

Mainline dyno, logged and verified

We check power, AFRs, and knock throughout the session. The car doesn't leave until the numbers are right and it drives properly — not just on boost, but through the whole rev range.

A bad tune costs more than a good one

A cheap tune that runs lean or overboosted can grenade an engine. We've seen the aftermath. The price difference between a proper session and a dodgy reflash is nothing compared to a rebuild.

Common questions

What cars can Revzone tune with EcuTek?

We tune Subaru (WRX, STI, BRZ), Nissan (350Z, 370Z, Z RZ34, GT-R R35), and Toyota/Lexus (86, GR86, GR Yaris, GR Corolla) platforms with EcuTek. If your car supports EcuTek, we can tune it.

Is Revzone an EcuTek certified tuner?

Yes. We're a licensed EcuTek ProECU tuner. EcuTek only certifies workshops that meet their standards — it's not something you can just buy off the shelf.

How long does an EcuTek tune take?

Most single-tune sessions take half a day. Flex fuel setups or cars with a lot of mods may need a full day. We'll let you know upfront.

Do you do EcuTek flex fuel tunes?

It's our most requested job. The tune handles E85, 98, or any blend — the ECU reads the ethanol content and adjusts on the fly. Fill up with whatever's available and it sorts itself out.

Want more out of your car?

Send through what you drive and what's been done to it. We'll quote the session and let you know what to expect on the day.
