Sealed airbox, Pro DRY S filter. Clean air to the FA20 with no induction restriction, and the intake note picks up to match.
Korsh UEL Headers
Unequal length headers that free up exhaust flow at the manifold and bring back the classic boxer rumble.

Plan & book
We'll get back to you, answer questions, and confirm the package is right for your car. Once it's locked in we take a deposit and organise a drop-off date.

Install, tune & handover
Your car comes in, parts go on, and it goes straight onto the dyno for a custom tune built from scratch. We road test, verify everything, and hand it back with dyno sheets.
FAQ
Common questions
- What's the difference between RZ Stage 1 and RZ Stage 2?
- RZ Stage 1 is ECU tune only. Software optimisation with no hardware changes. RZ Stage 2 adds bolt-on performance parts (aFe intake and Korsh UEL headers) that free up airflow, allowing for significantly more gains.
- Do I need RZ Stage 1 first?
- No. RZ Stage 2 includes everything from RZ Stage 1 (EcuTek licence, RaceROM features, custom tune) plus the hardware. You can go straight to RZ Stage 2 if you want the full bolt-on experience.
- Why these specific parts?
- The aFe intake and Korsh headers are the parts we keep coming back to on the FA20. Both are well-built, both make the gains they claim, and they work cleanly together with one tune.
- Will this change the exhaust sound?
- Yes. The UEL headers bring back the classic boxer rumble. Louder than stock, but not so loud that you'll hate it on the daily commute.
- How long will my car be with you?
- 2-3 days. Day 1 is inspection and install. Day 2-3 is dyno tuning, road tune, and validation runs.
