Common questions
- Why do I need cooling upgrades?
- The VQ37 runs hot under sustained high-load driving — track days, spirited mountain runs, even heavy traffic on hot days. The oil cooler prevents heat soak and keeps the engine in its optimal temperature range.
- What do the Fujitsubo headers add?
- The Fujitsubo headers free up exhaust flow from the manifold, improving high-RPM power and throttle response. Combined with the high flow cats from RZ Stage 1, you get a properly optimised exhaust path.
- Can I do RZ Stage 2 without RZ Stage 1 first?
- RZ Stage 2 includes everything from RZ Stage 1 (intake, cats, tune). You don't need to do them separately — we install and tune everything together.
- Is this package track-legal?
- Yes. The cooling upgrades and headers are all bolt-on parts that don't affect road registration. The high flow cats maintain emissions compliance.
- How long will my car be with you?
- Typically 3-4 days. There's more hardware to install with the cooling system and headers, plus tuning needs to account for all the changes.
