Process West 72mm Cold Air Intake

72mm cold air intake with a K&N filter. Bigger inlet and a sealed box feed the FA20DIT turbo properly, where the factory snorkel chokes it.

Process West Verticooler Top-Mount Intercooler
Cooling

Process West Verticooler Top-Mount Intercooler

Drops straight in where the factory top-mount sits — right over a hot engine. Bigger core, far less heat soak, so the power stays consistent run after run.

Korsh Catted J-Pipe
Exhaust

Korsh Catted J-Pipe

Catted, resonated J-pipe with a 200-cell high-flow cat. Replaces the restrictive factory unit — the single biggest bolt-on for exhaust flow on the FA20DIT.

GFB Dual-Port BOV
Boost

GFB Dual-Port BOV

Dual-outlet valve that vents and recirculates at once. Holds boost cleanly and gets rid of the factory valve's leaks, all without throwing a code.

How it works

  1. 01

    Get in touch

Fill out the enquiry form with your vehicle details, current setup, and what you're after. The more detail the better. It helps us prepare the right plan for your car.

  2. 02

    Plan & book

We'll get back to you, answer questions, and confirm the package is right for your car. Once it's locked in we take a deposit and organise a drop-off date.

  3. 03

    Install, tune & handover

Your car comes in, parts go on, and it goes straight onto the dyno for a custom tune built from scratch. We road test, verify everything, and hand it back with dyno sheets.

Common questions

What does RZ Stage 2 do over a tune alone?
A tune alone (RZ Stage 1) gets the most out of the factory hardware. RZ Stage 2 frees up the hardware first — more air in through the intake, less heat through a bigger intercooler, less restriction out through the J-pipe — then tunes around all of it. More power, and it holds that power on back-to-back runs instead of falling off when things heat up.
Do I need Stage 1 first?
No. RZ Stage 2 includes the custom dyno tune w/ EcuTek. You go straight to Stage 2 — parts on, tuned around them in one visit.
Why these specific parts?
Process West designs and builds for Subaru here in Australia — their 72mm intake and Verticooler top-mount are the parts that consistently deliver on the FA20DIT. The Korsh catted J-pipe is the single biggest bolt-on for exhaust flow, and the GFB dual-port valve holds boost cleanly without the factory valve's leaks. Nothing on the list is there to pad it out.
How much power will my WRX make?
A recent VA WRX we tuned made 164.2 kW at the wheels on 98, up from 138.9 kW stock — a +25 kW gain — running the Korsh J-pipe, GFB valve and a custom tune w/ EcuTek. Adding the Process West intake and intercooler on top gives the tune cooler, more consistent air to work with. Figures vary with your car's condition, fuel and spec.
Will the high-flow cat throw a check engine light?
No. The J-pipe runs a 200-cell high-flow cat and we calibrate the O2 sensors in the tune so it doesn't throw a code.
How long will my car be with you?
2-3 days. Day 1 is inspection and install, then it goes on the dyno for the custom tune, a road tune to lock it in, and back to you with the dyno sheet.
