COBB SF Intake System (L+R)
Twin sealed airboxes feeding the symmetrical VR38 layout. Restricts less than the factory airboxes and lets the turbos breathe properly under boost.
HKS Catless Downpipes
Catless downpipes that remove the biggest restriction in the factory exhaust. Lets the stock turbos run boost without choking on the way out.
HKS Y-Pipe / Midpipe
Larger-diameter Y-pipe joining the downpipes into a single back section. Cleans up the bottleneck between the DPs and the rest of the exhaust.

Catback exhaust

Install, tune & handover
Your car comes in, parts go on, and it goes straight onto the dyno for a custom tune built from scratch. We road test, verify everything, and hand it back with dyno sheets.
FAQ
Common questions
- What's the difference between RZ Stage 1 and RZ Stage 2?
- Stage 1 is ECU tune only. Stage 2 adds bolt-on hardware (COBB intakes, HKS downpipes, HKS midpipe) that free up airflow and remove the stock cat restriction. Roughly double the gains of Stage 1 on the same stock turbos.
- Do I need RZ Stage 1 first?
- No. Stage 2 includes the EcuTek licence and a custom tune for the new hardware. You can go straight to Stage 2.
- Why catless downpipes?
- The stock cats are the single biggest restriction on the R35 after the turbos themselves. Catless flows significantly more than high-flow cats and lets the stock turbos breathe properly. Note: catless DPs are not road-legal in Australia. Track use only.
- How long will my car be with you?
- 2-3 days. Day 1 is install. Day 2-3 is dyno tuning, road tune, and validation runs.
